Registration Checklist

REGISTRATION CHECK LIST

  • STEP TWO: COMPLETE, SIGN AND NOTARIZE DOCUMENTS

Complete, sign, and notarized all documents that were sent home in this registration packet. Below is a list of the documents.

  1. Registration Form

  2. School Policies and Tuition and Fee Agreement ( Must be notarized)

  3. Emergency Data Card

  4. Consent and Authorization Form (Must be notarized)

Immunizations – All students must have a current health and immunization record on file.

First graders must also provide proof of M.M.R Series Immunization.

All seventh graders are required proof of immunization for the following:

  • Hepatitis B Series

  • Tetanus-Diphtheria Booster

  • A second dose of measles vaccine (preferably MMR vaccine)

  • STEP THREE: SUBMIT REGISTRATION FORMS

Return all completed documents to the office along with payment.

REGISTRATION FEE IS NOT REFUNDABLE

2026-2027 FEES AND TUITION SCHEDULE


ANNUAL / REGISTRATION FEE 
$400.00 for returning students
$450.00 for new students

The annual registration fee must be accompanied by the completed registration package. Villa Preparatory Academy reserves the right to cancel this application at any time. The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.


A deposit of $50 will need to be made for your child’s placement. The full registration payment will be due on 5/30/2027.

Before-Care Fee: $50 a week per child. (7:00 am- 7:45am)
After-School Fee: $80 a week per child. (Dismissal- 6pm)

These fees are per child. Fees include access to all virtual curriculum, school lunches and snacks, child must be registered.

DISCOUNTS-

$25 discount per sibling for old and new students. 

$25 discount per child can be offered with review on Google.

Please note that the registration fee will not be accepted if the required documents are not completed in full and/or notarized as indicated.
