Preparing today’s youth by establishing a promising academic foundation.

Dear Parents,

Registration time is here again. It is a time to review our goals and renew our commitments. Continuing under the same family leadership for over 11 years, VPA provides a solid academic, social, emotional, and cultural foundation for our students. We guide students to become better human beings with sound values and ethics, clear and firm ideas, open minds, healthy bodies and sensitive and strong spirits. Our commitment is to provide a well-rounded education, to utilize the best methods and materials in educating our children, to maintain and enhance our physical facilities, to teach with wisdom and knowledge, to look at each child as an individual, and to keep the spirit of love and respect that is the trademark of V.P.A. We have a waiting list for new students wishing to enter V.P.A. If we do not hear from you within 10 days of being accepted, your child’s place will be assigned to a new student. Before you register your child, please take time to think about what you want for your child/children. Since school and home are a team, our goals and commitments must coincide. Thank you for entrusting us with your child’s education. We look forward to a rewarding and successful 2023-2024 academic year!

Sincerely,

Zoraida Villanueva, Ed.S

The function of education is to teach one to think intensively and to think critically. Intelligence plus character - that is the goal of true education.

Our Vision.

The vision of Villa Preparatory Academy is to promote academic excellence and personal growth in our students in a collaborative union supported by our teachers, parents, and community members.

Our Mission.

The administration, faculty, staff, parents, and community of Villa Preparatory Academy are responsible for providing our diverse student body with an enriching educational foundation that cultivates achievement, excellence, and leadership.

Core Values.

Achievement; excellence; leadership; citizenship; consistency; innovation; honesty; respect; responsibility; perseverance & authenticity.

“As the School Principal & Founder of Villa Preparatory Academy, a non for profit private school, I've adopted a similar system and requirements as Miami-Dade County Public Schools but incorporated accommodations to meet the needs of our school's population. Thanks to the flexibility of being a private school our students receive the same quality education as students in public schools but with a private school environment. In VPA students are not just a number. Each student in our school knows that they are part of a family and that they have a team that they can count on.”
